I've just realised that it's actually been 6 months since we first spoke to our sales rep about building this house.
It's going to be at least another 4 weeks before our land is even touched.
Me and my finance issues and my late variations (twice!) haven't helped, but neither has their inability to create a whole contract that's error free.
This has not been a fun experience. Well, some was slightly enjoyable, but really I feel it has all cost me a LOT of time, and my time is currently so precious. My very young children need me to play with them and cuddle them, they need a cheerful, patient mum, and instead I'm always too busy reading paperwork, always snapping, never get dinner ready on time, keep missing out on the sunny days stuck inside reading fine print... I just want this to be over.
