MOVED IN!

After dramas with final payment, and bitchy office staff too lazy to give me the keys, we managed to get them in the end, smashed out one coat of paint that day and moved in the next day!

Despite boxes and disorganization, we absolutely love it. The kids are happy, my son finally has the space to learn how to walk, my gorgeous dog gets to hang out inside with us. His daily walks are so enjoyable now because of the gorgeous natural parks everywhere, plus it's interesting for me to see the progress of all the houses getting built all around us.

We moved in with no fences or driveway, but they are all done now.

Our gorgeous new couch for the theatre.

  I'm so pleased with our liquid limestone. We got it with the yellow oxide, and in the circular pattern. I wanted something more unique. I like the natural limestone colour but I've seen some that just look kind of dull and grey. I think adding the warmth to the colour makes the beauty of it last longer.

The alfresco looks particularly amazing. I'm so happy with the way the guys worked as well, they did everything in 3 days, and were always on time and worked really hard. They were very precise, I'd recommend them to anyone.

I can't wait to have barbecues out here.

Our living room is a bit messy, this is the 'before' picture. Who knows how long it'll take to get an 'after' picture.

Playroom = perpetual mess.

 My daughter's room.
Hers is the closest to being finished. Just need paint touch ups and skirting boards.

Kids bathroom. I have no decor ideas as yet.

My son's room. It's so empty, I don't even know where to begin!

You'll notice I've neglected to post photos of kitchen, master suite and dining.. because they are a horrendous mess.
Also, we only have one coat of paint so the walls really look a bit of a mess.

I'm finding the unpacking process difficult as I have so much space but no furniture to utilise, so everything just remains in boxes!
