Floors Update - Carpet and Floorboards

So I dropped by Trevors Carpets and a very friendly salesman helped me have a  look at my selection.

Carpet is called Diesel and now that I've seen it in natural light, and in a bigger size, I actually love it. It's not as dark as I'd thought and has a lovely warmth to it. Hooray! This pic needs more light to see the warmth of the carpet.
The wood laminate floorboard is called Red Chestnut and looks gorgeous and not quite as red as I thought, so there shouldn't be any problem with it matching the rest of my decor.
