FORMAL APPROVAL!
I'm amazed and relieved.
After all the dramas with mortgage brokers, payslips, deposit, tax issues, we finally made it!
AND signed the contracts yesterday so everything is finally under way!
Now just awaiting site costs and waiting to sign loan docs. I hope the loan is actually a good one, with option for offset account. Really wasn't in a position to be picky, so we'll see how it goes.
Now I can really get stuck into figuring out everything I want before the colour meeting and prestart. I want to go in there pretty certain. I'm the kind of person that needs to thoroughly research EVERYTHING.
